The Virginia Grain Producers Association Political Action Committee (Yield PAC) is the dedicated advocacy arm of the VGPA, created to ensure that the voices of Virginia’s grain farmers are represented where it matters most—within the halls of government. Our mission is clear: to support candidates for state office who understand the challenges farmers face and who are committed to shaping policies that support the long-term success of Virginia’s grain industry.

From legislation affecting land use and environmental practices to decisions on farm funding, transportation, and trade—policies made in Richmond and Washington, D.C., have a direct and lasting impact on your farm and your livelihood. How the YIELD PAC works:
The Yield PAC is funded entirely through voluntary contributions from individuals who care about protecting the future of farming in Virginia. These donations—no matter the amount—play a critical role in supporting state-level candidates who demonstrate a commitment to agriculture, rural communities, and the issues that affect grain producers every day.

Unlike general membership dues, PAC contributions are separate and used exclusively for political advocacy. The VGPA Board of Directors carefully oversees all PAC activities, ensuring that funds are used strategically to:
Build and strengthen relationships with policymakers
Educate lawmakers on the value and needs of Virginia grain producers
Support bipartisan candidates who align with our mission and values
