How We Advocate
Advocating for Virginia’s Grain Farmers
The Virginia Grain Producers Association (VGPA) empowers corn and small grain farmers by actively representing their interests at both the state and federal levels. As a unified voice in Richmond and Washington, DC, we educate regulators, engage policymakers, and influence legislation and trade policies that impact your operation.
Through our dedicated Political Action Committee (VGPA PAC), funded entirely by voluntary contributions, we support candidates who champion grain‑friendly policies, regardless of party affiliation. Guided by our Board of Directors, the PAC builds relationships, advocates for sensible regulations, and ensures farmer voices are prioritized where it matters most.
At VGPA, we know that no one understands your challenges better than fellow growers. That’s why we stay proactive—anticipating issues before they arise and bringing trusted, grounded perspectives to the table

International Market Development
