The Virginia Grain Producers Association proudly honors Wayne Kirby by naming our annual scholarships in his memory, celebrating his lifetime of dedication to Virginia agriculture and education. These scholarships support current or future full-time students attending Virginia colleges and universities. Preference is given to students pursuing agriculture-related studies and to applicants connected to the VGPA, including members or their dependents, or employees (and their dependents) of VGPA member operations.
